You should now be signed in to the Zoom app. You can click on either button (highlighted in the image below) and the Zoom app will launch with your University account logged in. Once signed into your account you will see a Zoom page to launch the app.You will need to approve via the prompt on your phone. If using the app, you will see the Approve sign in request message.If you receive a code via text message, enter it in the code field.See the related article for more information: If you are off-campus or signing into your account for the first time, you will be prompted to authenticate your Microsoft account, either by text message or via the Microsoft Authenticator app, depending on how you have set this up.Use your University email address (for staff: for students: and associated password to log in. This will open a new tab on your browser, and either automatically sign you in to your Microsoft account, or prompt you to log into your Microsoft account.In the Sign in with SSO page, type otago in the company domain field, and click Continue.Click on the SSO option (not the Email or Password fields):.Launch the Zoom app and click on Sign In.Typically this should only take a few minutes.
